SIGNIFIED to the House by the Lord Treasurer,
the first of the Committees on the Bill concerning Regalities, etc. That the said Committees, finding that
Bill in some respects not meet to be proceeded in, have
framed a new Bill thereupon, of another Title, which
they offer to the House: videlicet, intituled, An Act
to preserve to the Crown some of the true and ancient
Rights appertaining to the same. Prima vice lecta.

the Counties of Gloucester and of Worcester, upon William Throckmorton, Esquire, and his Heirs, according

The Amendments and Addition, or Proviso, added
by the Lower House, on the Bill of Attainder, etc.
were this Day Twice read; and thereupon the said
Amendments appointed to be inserted in the Bill.
Exportation of undressed Cloth.
Ordered by the House, That Warning shall be given
to Sir Henry Roe, Governor of the Company of Merchants Adventurers, Mr. Gore, Mr. Middleton, Mr.
Jackson, and such others of the said Company as the
Governor shall think meet to take to his Assistance, to
attend the Lords Committees on the Bill, intituled, An
Act to restrain the Transportation of Coloured Cloths undressed, upon Thursday next, the 15th of this Instant, by
Eight in the Morning, at the Little Chamber, near the
Parliament Presence.
Recusants.
Motion made, and some Speeches used, concerning the
Conference appointed this Afternoon, with the Committee of the Lower House, for some good Course to be
resolved on before-hand for reconciling the Differences,
or Doubts, in the Bills against Recusants.
