Establishment of the E. of Derby's Estates.

THE Bill, intituled, An Act for the Establishment and Assurance of divers of the Possessions and Hereditaments of Ferdinando late Earl of Derbie, was brought into the House, by the Lord Archbishop of Canterbury, who made Report, That the said Committees having considered of the said Bill, and found so many Amendments and Additions meet to be set down therein, as that Bill could not conveniently be reformed; and therefore thought fit to draw a new Bill of the same Title, which, together with the old, was by him presented to the House, and thereupon the said new Bill prima vice lecta.

Sir Jonathan Trelawny's Lands to pay his Debts.

The Bill, intituled, An Act for farther Assurance to the Purchasers of certain Lands, late Sir Jonathan Trelawnies, Knight, deceased, appointed by Act of Parliament to be sold, for Payment of his Debts, was returned to the House, by the Earl of South'ton, the first of the Committees, without any Alteration or Amendment.

Adjourn.
