The King's Speech considered.

THE House, according to their Order of Yesterday, resolved into a Committee of the whole House, to take into Consideration his Majesty's gracious Speech Yesterday made to both Houses.

Mr. Speaker left the Chair.

Mr. Hamden took the Chair of the Committee.

Mr. Speaker resumed the Chair.

A Message from the Lords, by Sir Robert Atkyns and Sir Wm. Dolben;

Preventing Disputes concerning this Parliament.

Mr. Speaker, The Lords have sent you down a Bill, intituled, An Act for removing and preventing all Questions and Disputes concerning the Assembling and Sitting of this present Parliament; to which they desire the Concurrence of this House.

The Messengers being withdrawn;

The said Bill was read the First time.

Resolved, Nemine contradicente, That the Bill be read a Second time To-morrow Morning at Ten of the Clock.

And then the House adjourned till To-morrow Morning, Nine a Clock.
