Mr. Winch: - A dangerous and hurtful Bill for the Commonwealth.

Cook, and Sir John Crook . - That it hath pleased the Lords, being but One Body, to send them unto this House, to desire, that there may be a Conference, touching the blessed and happy Union of these Two Kingdoms; for which they have appointed 40 of that House; And desire, that it may be this Afternoon, in the utter Parliament Chamber.

It is resolved by the House, that 100 shall attend, to confer with the Lords, at Two a Clock this Afternoon.
