Upon reading the Petition of Thomas Sturmy, Respondent to the Appeal of Sir Thomas Skipwith Baronet; praying "a Day for hearing the said Appeal; and that the Service of this Order on the Appellant's Clerk in Court shall be sufficient Notice:"

It is Ordered, by the Lords Spiritual and Temporal in Parliament assembled, That this House will hear the said Cause, by Counsel, at the Bar, on Thursday the One and Twentieth Day of this Instant February, at Eleven a Clock; and that the Service of this Order upon the Appellant, or his Clerk in Court, shall be sufficient Notice, in order thereunto.

Sir St. Master versus Willughby:

After hearing Counsel, upon the Petition and Appeal of Sir Streynsham Master Knight, from several Orders and Decrees made in the Court of Chancery, in Hillary Term One Thousand Six Hundred Ninety-eight, in January One Thousand Seven Hundred, and Trinity Term One Thousand Seven Hundred and Four, on the Behalf of George Willoughby and Joanna his Wife; and praying "the Reversal of the said Orders and Decrees:" As also upon the Answer of the said George Willoughby and Joanna his Wife put in thereunto; and due Consideration of what was offered thereupon:

Judgement affirmed.

It is Ordered and Adjudged, by the Lords Spiritual and Temporal in Parliament assembled, That the said Petition and Appeal of Sir Streynsham Master shall be, and is hereby, dismissed this House; and that the Orders and Decrees therein complained of shall be, and they are hereby, affirmed.
