The House being moved, "That a Day may be appointed for hearing the Causes; One, wherein Dennis Kelly and his Wife are Appellants, and Richard Lord Bellew Respondent; the other, wherein Richard Lord Bellew is Appellant, and Dennis Kelly and his Wife are Respondents:"
It is Ordered, by the Lords Spiritual and Temporal in Parliament assembled, That this House will hear the said Causes, by Counsel, at the Bar, on Monday the Ninth Day of February next, at Eleven a Clock.
Bunker versus Cooke & al. in Error.
The Lord Chief Justice of the Court of Queen's Bench, in the usual Manner, brought in a Writ of Error; (videlicet,)
Joseph Bunker Plaintiff, against William Cooke & al. Defendants.
Briscoe and Leech discharged.
After hearing this Day, at the Bar, Samuel Briscoe Bookseller, and Dryden Leech, Printers of a Book intituled, "Remarks upon Doctor Friend's Account of the Earl of Peterborow's Conduct in Spain, chiefly since the raising the Siege of Barcelona, 1706;" in which Book are several Reflections upon the Earl of Peterborow:
It is Ordered, by the Lords Spiritual and Temporal in Parliament assembled, That the said Samuel Briscoe, and Dryden Leech shall be, and they hereby, discharged from the Restraint they lie under (paying their Fees); and this shall be a sufficient Warrant on that Behalf.

Account of Naval Stores delivered by the Commissioners of the Navy.
The Commissioners of the Navy Board, pursuant to an Order of this House of the Thirteenth of December last, at the Bar, delivered,
1. "An Account of Naval Stores remaining in Her Majesty's Dock Yard at Deptford, at Michaelmas last."
2. "An Account of the Naval Stores remaining in Her Majesty's Dock and Rope Yard at Woolwich, at Michaelmas last."
3. "An Account of the Naval Stores remaining in Her Majesty's Dock and Rope Yard at Chatham, at Michaelmas last."
4. "An Account of the Naval Stores remaining in Her Majesty's Dock Yard at Sheerness, at Michaelmas last."
5. "An Account of the Naval Stores remaining in Her Majesty's Dock and Rope Yard at Portsmouth, at Michaelmas last."
6. "A Survey of all Her Majesty's Naval Stores at Lisbon, remaining in the Custody of Mr. Richard Cheyney Store-keeper, the 23d February, 170 6/7;, and received into the Custody of Mr. William Jones, Her Majesty's present Store-keeper."
7. "An Account of the Naval Stores remaining in Her Majesty's Dock and Rope Yard at Plimouth, at Michaelmas last."
State of the Fleet, &c.
It is Ordered, by the Lords Spiritual and Temporal in Parliament assembled, That the several Papers received this Day from the Commissioners of the Navy shall be, and they are hereby, referred to the Committee of the whole House, which is to sit this Day, to consider of the State of the Nation, in relation to the Fleet, and the Papers received from the Lord High Admiral.
The House was adjourned during Pleasure, and put into a Committee, as ordered.
And, after some Time spent in reading the Titles of the Papers before the Committee,
The House was resumed.
And the Lord Herbert reported, "That it is the Opinion of the Committee, That the Report of the Lords Committees appointed to consider of the Merchants Petition, in Behalf of themselves and others, Traders of the City of London, the Seventeenth of December last; as also the Answer of the Lord High Admiral put in to the said Report, and the Papers to which the said Answer refers; as also all other Papers received from the Lord High Admiral or Navy Board relating thereunto, should be referred to a Select Committee."
Hereupon the following Order was made:
Report upon the Merchants Petition, L. High Admiral's Answer to it, &c. referred to a Select Committee.
"It is Ordered, by the Lords Spiritual and Temporal in Parliament assembled, That the Report of the Lords Committees appointed to consider of the Merchants Petition, in Behalf of themselves and others, Traders of the City of London, made the Seventeenth Day of December last, and the Papers referred to therein; and the Answer of the Lord High Admiral put in to the said Report, and the other Papers to which the said Answer refers; as also all other Papers received from the Lord High Admiral, Commissioners of the Navy, and Commissioners of the Sick and Wounded, relating thereunto, shall be, and they are hereby, referred to the said Lords Committees appointed to consider of the Merchants Petition, in order to make their Observations or Remarks upon the said Papers, at such Time or Times as they shall think proper; and to report their Opinion or Opinions thereupon to the House, if they see Cause; and their Lordships have Power to send for Persons, Papers, and Records.
"Whose Lordships, or any Five of them; are to meet on Tuesday next, at Ten a Clock in the Forenoon, in the Prince's Lodgings near the House of Peers; and to adjourn as they please."
