Lords take the Oaths.

The Lords following took the Oaths, and made and subscribed the Declaration, and also took and subscribed the Oath of Abjuration, pursuant to the Statutes.

Cruizers and Convoys, Account of delivered.

This Day Mr. Fawler delivered an Account of what Ships have been employed as Cruizers and Convoys, over and above the Ships for the Line of Battle, and for Convoys to remote Parts, pursuant to an Act passed the last Session of Parliament.

The Titles whereof were read, as follow; (videlicet,)

1. "Kinsale. Convoys and Cruizers, that have come to that Port."

2. "Harwich. Convoys and Cruizers, that have come into that Port."

3. "Harwich. Convoys and Cruizers, that have come to that Port, besides those mentioned in the List sent to the Officer there."

4. "Glasgow. Convoys and Cruizers, that have come into that Port."

5. "Dublin. Convoys and Cruizers, that have come into that Port."

6. "Woolwich. Convoys and Cruizers, that have come there."

7. "Bristol. Convoys and Cruizers, that have come to that Port."

8. "Leverpoole. Convoys and Cruizers, that have come to that Port."

9. "Newcastle. Convoys and Cruizers, that have come into that Port."

10. "Leith. Convoys and Cruizers, that have come to that Port."

11. "River Medway and The Nore. Convoys and Cruizers, that have come in there."

12. "Plimouth. Convoys and Cruizers, that have come in there."

13. "Chester. Convoys and Cruizers, that have come into that Port."

14. "Downes. Convoys and Cruizers, that have come in there."

15. "Portsmouth. Convoys and Cruizers, that have come in there."

Ordered, That the said Papers do lie on the Table, to be perused by the Lords.

D. Bedford's Privilege: Bumsted & al. to be attached, for arresting Polton, his Servant.

The House being informed, upon Oath made at the Bar, "That Charles Polton, menial Servant to his Grace the Duke of Bedford, was arrested, by Richard Bumsted and Henry Ludgate, Bailiffs, at the Suit of Thomas Johnson, within the Time of Privilege of Parliament, contrary to the Privilege of Parliament:"

It is Ordered, by the Lords Spiritual and Temporal in Parliament assembled, That the Serjeant at Arms attending this House, his Deputy or Deputies, do forthwith attach the Bodies of the said Richard Bumsted and Henry Ludgate, and bring them to the Bar of this House, to answer for their Offence; and this shall be a sufficient Warrant on that Behalf.

To Sarles Goatly Esquire, Serjeant at Arms attending this House, his Deputy or Deputies, and every of them.

Woolmere versus Markes.

Upon reading the Petition of Richard Markes, Respondent to the Petition and Appeal of Charles Woolmere and John Simpson, presented to this House the Thirteenth of March last, to which the Petitioner answered the Two and Twentieth of the same Month; which Appeal, the Petitioner conceives, was lodged for Delay, there being no Recognizance entered into by the Appellants; and praying, "That a Day may be appointed, for hearing the said Appeal:"

It is Ordered, by the Lords Spiritual and Temporal in Parliament assembled, That this House will hear the said Cause, by Counsel, at the Bar, on Monday the Sixth Day of December next, at Eleven a Clock in the Forenoon; and that, in the mean Time, the Appellants do enter into a Recognizance to answer Costs, according to the Rules of this House.

Marq. Annandale & al. Petition to be considered.

It is Ordered, by the Lords Spiritual and Temporal in Parliament assembled, That the further Consideration of the Petition and Representation of William Marquis of Annandale, John Earl of Sutherland, Patrick Earl of Marchmont, and William Lord Rosse, complaining of some Proceedings in Scotland, upon the Election of Sixteen Peers to sit in this House, shall be adjourned to To-morrow, at Eleven a Clock.

Adjourn.
