PRAYERS.

Queen's Answer to Address, on the Taking of Ghent.

The Lord Chancellor reported Her Majesty's most Gracious Answer to the Address of both Houses presented to Her Majesty, as followeth; (videlicet,)

"I give you many Thanks for your Address; and am extremely sensible of the Loyalty and Affection of both Houses of Parliament, upon all Occasions.

Hervey's Petition referred to Judges.

The House being informed, "That Mr. Justice Blencowe (to whom was referred the Petition of Mrs. Hervey and her Children, praying Leave to bring in a Bill for the Purposes therein mentioned) is out of Town; and therefore it is desired another Judge may be appointed in his Stead:"

It is Ordered, by the Lords Spiritual and Temporal in Parliament assembled, That the said Petition shall be, and is hereby, referred to Mr. Justice Powys as before, and Mr. Justice Tracy.

Adjourn.
