Miccleburgh versus Crispe.
It is Ordered, by the Lords Spiritual and Temporal in Parliament assembled, That this House, will hear
the Cause, by Counsel, at the Bar, upon the Appeal
depending in this House, wherein Henry Miccleburgh
is Appellant, and Samuel Crispe Clerk Respondent, on
Tuesday the Seventh Day of February next, at Eleven a
Clock.
Horton & al. versus Kirton.
After hearing Counsel, upon the Petition and Appeal of Anne Horton Widow, Joshua Horton Senior,
Joshua Horton Junior, and others, from a Decree and
Judgement of Her Majesty's Court of Exchequer, the
Sixteenth Day of May last, on the Behalf of Anthony
Kirton and John Kirton; praying the said Decree and
Judgement may be reversed and vacated: As also upon
the Answer of Anthony and John Kirton put in thereunto:
It is Ordered, by the Lords Spiritual and Temporal in Parliament assembled, That all the Judges do
attend this House on Tuesday the One and Thirtieth of
this Instant January, at Twelve a Clock, to give their
Opinions, in Point of Law, upon the Statute of the
Eighth and Ninth of King William, and the Proviso
therein contained.
Luttrell versus Amory.
Upon reading the Petition and Appeal of Colonel
Henry Luttrell, from a Decree made in the Court of
Exchequer in Ireland, the Eighth Day of February
One Thousand Seven Hundred and Six, in a Cause
wherein Thomas Amory, as Administrator of Katherine
his Wife, was Complainant, and the said Colonel Luttrell and others were Defendants:
It is Ordered, by the Lords Spiritual and Temporal in Parliament assembled, That the said Thomas
Amory may have a Copy of the said Appeal; and shall
and he is hereby required to put in his Answer thereunto,
in Writing, on or before Saturday the Fourth Day of
February next, at Eleven a Clock.
