Lyde versus Rodd, in Error.

Upon reading the Petition of John Lyde Gentleman, Plaintiff in a Writ of Error depending in this House, wherein Thomas Rodd an Attorney of the Court of Queen's Bench is Defendant; praying, "That the said Defendant may be ordered to join Issue upon the said Writ of Error:"

It is Ordered, by the Lords Spiritual and Temporal in Parliament assembled, That the said Thomas Rodd shall and he is hereby required to join Issue in this Case, on or before Friday the Eleventh Day of this Instant December, at Eleven of the Clock.
