After reading, and considering, the Report of Mr. Baron Price and Mr. Baron Lovell, to whom was referred the Petition of Dame Elizabeth Clarges and others; praying Leave to bring in a Bill, for the Purposes in the Petition mentioned:

It is Ordered, by the Lords Spiritual and Temporal in Parliament assembled, That the Petitioners have hereby Leave given to bring in a Bill, according to the Prayer of the Petition.

Pooler, Leave for a Bill.

With a Bill, intituled, "An Act for rectifying the "Mistake, and enlarging the Time for a Composition, given by an Act of Parliament passed in the Seventh Year of Her Majesty's Reign, intituled, An Act to enable the Lord High Treasurer; or Commissioners of the Treasury, for the Time being, to compound with William Malet Esquire, for the Debt of his Father, for whom he was Surety while Receiver General of the County of Somerset and City of Bristol;" to which they desire the Concurrence of this House.
