After reading, and considering, the Report of Mr. Baron Price and Mr. Justice Dormer; to whom was referred the Petition of John Hardres and Ann his Wife; praying Leave to bring in a Bill, for the Purposes in the Petition mentioned:

It is Ordered, by the Lords Spiritual and Temporal in Parliament assembled, That the Petitioners have Leave to bring in a Bill, according to the Prayer of the Petition.

E. of Berkshire's Bill:

Hodie 3^a vice lecta est Billa, intituled, "An Act for Sale of the Manor of Reaversby, and other Lands in the County of Lincoln, the Estate of Henry Bowes Earl of Berkshire; and to settle other Lands, in the County of Stafford, to the same Uses."

The Question was put, "Whether this Bill shall pass?"

It was Resolved in the Affirmative.

Message to HC. with it.

A Message was sent to the House of Commons, by Mr. Hiccocks and Mr. Fellowes:

To carry down the said Bill, and desire their Concurrence thereunto.

Bridger Leave for a Bill.

After reading, and considering, the Report of Mr. Justice Powell and Mr. Baron Lovell; to whom was referred the Petition of Winefrid Bridger and others; praying Leave to bring in a Bill, for the Purposes in the Petition mentioned:

It is Ordered, by the Lords Spiritual and Temporal in Parliament assembled, That the Petitioners have Leave to bring in a Bill, according to the Prayer of the Petition.

Baker versus Austin.

Upon reading the Petition of Michael Baker and others; praying, "That the Hearing of their Appeal, which is appointed for Friday next, may be put off till some further Time:"

It is Ordered, by the Lords Spiritual and Temporal in Parliament assembled, That the said Petition be rejected.

Kerry's Petition:

Whereas the Petition of Edward Kerry and Elizabeth his Wife, praying Leave to bring in a Bill, to vest in Trustees some Part of their Estate, to be sold, for the Purposes in the Petition set forth, stands referred to Mr. Baron Lovell and Mr. Justice Eyre: The House being this Day informed, "That they are gone the Circuit:"

Judges changed.

It is Ordered, by the Lords Spiritual and Temporal in Parliament assembled, That the Consideration of the said Petition shall be, and is hereby, referred to the Lord Chief Baron of the Court of Exchequer and Mr. Justice Tracy; who are forthwith to summon all Parties concerned in the Bill; and, after hearing them, to report to the House the State of the Case, with their Opinion thereupon, under their Hands, and whether all Parties that may be concerned in the Consequences of the Bill have signed the Petition; and also that the Judges, having persued the Bill, do sign the same.

E. Plimouth's Bill:

Hodie 3^a vice lecta est Billa, intituled, "An Act to vest the Manor, or reputed Manor, of Wadborough, alias Wadberrow, in the County of Worcester, and other Lands there, which came to the Right Honourable Other Earl of Plimouth by his Mother, in Trustees, to be sold, for raising more Money, to pay off Debts charged upon his Paternal Estate, and for other Purposes."

The Question was put, "Whether this Bill shall pass?"

It was Resolved in the Affirmative.

Jermyn's Divorce Bill.

Hodie 2^a vice lecta est Billa, intituled, "An Act for dissolving the Marriage of Stephen Jermyn, the only Son of Stephen Jermyn, of London, Merchant, with Sarah Bell; and to enable him to marry again."

Ordered, That the Consideration of the said Bill be committed to a Committee of the whole House, on Monday next, at Twelve a Clock; and all the Lords summoned; at which Time all Persons concerned may be heard, if they think fit.

A Message was brought from the House of Commons, by Mr. Conyers and others:

With a Bill, intituled, "An Act to continue the Acts for recruiting Her Majesty's Land Forces and Marines, for the Service of the Year One Thousand Seven Hundred and Eleven;" to which they desire the Concurrence of this House.

Message from H. C. to return Monoux's Bill.

A Message was brought from the House of Commons, by Sir Robert Eden and others:

To return the Bill, intituled, "An Act for the Sale of Lands and Tenements, late of Sir Philip Monoux Baronet, deceased, in Broome and Parish of Southill, in the County of Bedford, according to his Will;" and to acquaint this House, that they have agreed to the same, without any Amendment.

Levett's Bill.

Hodie 1^a vice lecta est Billa, intituled, "An Act to enable Trustees to make Building Leases of Part of the Estate late of John Lovett deceased, lying in the City of Dublin."
