Kerry's Petition:

Whereas the Petition of Edward Kerry and Elizabeth his Wife, praying Leave to bring in a Bill, to vest in Trustees some Part of their Estate, to be sold, for the Purposes in the Petition set forth, stands referred to Mr. Baron Lovell and Mr. Justice Eyre: The House being this Day informed, "That they are gone the Circuit:"
