Land Forces, &c. for recruiting, Bill:
The House was adjourned during Pleasure, and put
into a Committee upon the Bill, intituled, "An Act to
continue the Acts, for recruiting Her Majesty's Land
Forces and Marines, for the Service of the Year One
Thousand Seven Hundred and Eleven."
And, after some Time spent therein, the House was
resumed.
And the Lord Ferrers reported, "That the Committee had gone through the said Bill; and think it fit to
pass, without any Amendment."

adorned with Her Crown and Regal Ornaments, attended with Her Officers of State (the Peers being also in
their Robes), commanded the Gentleman Usher of the
Black Rod to let the Commons know, "It is Her Majesty's
Pleasure, that they attend Her presently, in the House
of Peers."

The Clerk of the Crown read the Titles of the
Bills to be passed, as follows:
Bills passed.
"1. An Act to continue the Acts for recruiting Her
Majesty's Land Forces and Marines, for the Service
of the Year One Thousand Seven Hundred and Eleven."
"2. An Act for securing the Freedom of Parliaments,
by the father qualifying the Members to fit in the
House of Commons."
To these Bills the Clerk of the Parliaments pronounced the Royal Assent, severally, in these
Words; (videlicet,)
"La Reyne le veult."
"3. An Act for the Sale of Lands and Tenements
late of Sir Philip Monoux Baronet, deceased, in Broome
and Parish of Southill, in the County of Bedford, according to his Will."
"4. An Act for rectifying the Mistake, and enlarging
the Time for a Composition given by an Act of Parliament, passed in the Seventh Year of Her Majesty's
Reign, intituled, An Act to enable the Lord High
Treasurer, or Commissioners of the Treasury, for the
Time being, to compound with William Malet Esquire,
for the Debt of his Father, for whom he was Surety
while Receiver General of the County of Somerset
and City of Bristol."
To the Two last mentioned Bills the Clerk of the
Parliaments also pronounced the Royal Assent,
severally, in these Words; (videlicet,)
"Soit fait come it est desiré."
Then Her Majesty was pleased to withdraw; and
the Commons returned to their House.
The House was adjourned during Pleasure, to unrobe.

After reading, and considering, the Report of Mr.
Justice Blencowe and Mr. Justice Tracy, to whom was
referred the Petition of William Hubbald and others;
praying Leave to bring in a Bill, for the Purposes in the
Petition mentioned:
It is Ordered, by the Lords Spiritual and Temporal in Parliament assembled, That the Petitioners have
Leave to bring in a Bill, according to the Prayer of the
Petition.
Mugglestone's Bill.

the Sale of certain Lands and Tithes, in the Parish of
Tonge, in the County of Leicester, late the Estate of
William Mugglestone deceased; and for the Distribution
of the Money thereby arising, pursuant to a Settlement made of the said Lands and Tithes by the said
William Mugglestone."
Ordered, That the Consideration of the said Bill
be committed to the same Committee to whom Lovett's
Bill stands committed; to meet at the same Time and
Place.
