E. Anglesey's Petition referred to judges.

Upon reading the Petition of Arthur Earl of Anglesey; praying Leave to bring in a Bill, to allow the Exemplification of his Father's Marriage Settlement, under the Great Seal of Great Britain, to be given in Evidence, in all Courts of Law and Equity, without producing the said Settlement:

It is Ordered, by the Lords Spiritual and Temporal in Parliament assembled, That the Consideration of the said Petition shall be, and is hereby, referred to Mr. Justice Blencowe and Mr. Justice Tracy; who are forthwith to summon all Parties concerned in the Bill; and, after hearing them, to report to the House the State of the Case, with their Opinion thereupon, under their Hands, and whether all Parties that may be concerned in the Consequences of the Bill have signed the Petition; and also that the Judges, having perused the Bill, do sign the same.

Vyner's Petition referred to Judges.

Upon reading the Petition of Prudence Vyner Widow, Relict and sole Executrix of Thomas Vyner, late of Ethrop, in the County of Warwick, Esquire, deceased, on the Behalf of herself and of Thomas Vyner, Anne Vyner, Martha Vyner, and Elizabeth Vyner, Infants under the Age of One and Twenty Years, her Children by the said Thomas Vyner her said late Husband; praying Leave to bring in a Bill, for vesting the Lands and Tenements late of the said Thomas Vyner deceased, in the County of Warwick, in Trustees, to be sold, for raising Monies, to discharge the Mortgages thereon, and other Purposes in the Petition mentioned:

It is Ordered, by the Lords Spiritual and Temporal in Parliament assembled, That the Consideration of the said Petition shall be, and is hereby, referred to Mr. Baron Lovell and Mr. Justice Eyre; who are forthwith to summon all Parties concerned in the Bill; and, after hearing them, to report to the House the State of the Case, with their Opinion thereupon, under their Hands; and whether all Parties that may be concerned in the Consequences of the Bill have signed the Petition; and also that the Judges, having perused the Bill, do sign the same.

Davie et al. versus Hooper et Ux.;

After hearing Counsel, upon the Petition and Appeal of Margaret Davie, Frances Davie, and Trephana Davie, Daughters of Sir William Davie Baronet, deceased, Infants, by Nicholas Pollexfen Esquire, their prochein Amy, from a Decree made by the Lord Keeper of the Great Seal of Great Britain, the Seventeenth Day of November One Thousand Seven Hundred and Ten, on the Behalf of Nicholas Hooper the Younger Esquire and Mary his Wife, who was only Daughter of the said Sir William Davie by his First Wife; as also upon the Answer of the said Nicholas Hooper and Mary his Wife put in thereunto; and due Consideration of what was offered thereupon:

Judgement affirmed.

It is Ordered and Adjudged, by the Lords Spiritual and Temporal in Parliament assembled, That the said Petition and Appeal of Margaret, Frances, and Trephana Davie, shall be, and is hereby, dismissed this House; and that the Decree therein complained of shall be, and is hereby, affirmed.

Adjourn.
