PRAYERS.

Western's Petition referred to Judges.

After reading, and considering, the Report of the Judges, to whom was referred the Petition of Robert Western, of London, Merchant, and others; praying Leave to bring in a Bill, for the Purposes in the Petition mentioned:

It is Ordered, by the Lords Spiritual and Temporal in Parliament assembled, That Leave be given to bring in a Bill, according to the Prayer of the said Petition.

Newburgh versus Newburgh:

After hearing Counsel upon the Petition and Appeal of Brockhill Newburgh and Brockhill Perrot Esquires, from several Orders made in the Court of Exchequer in Ireland, the Sixteenth and Nineteenth Days of February One Thousand Seven Hundred and Ten; and the Third and Fourth Days of May One Thousand Seven Hundred and Eleven, and the final Decree of the Sixth of July following, on the Behalf of Henry Newburgh Gentleman; praying, "That the same may be reversed or rectified:" As also upon the Answer of the said Henry Newburgh put in to the said Appeal; and due Consideration of what was offered thereupon:

Judgement affirmed.

It is Ordered and Adjudged, by the Lords Spiritual and Temporal in Parliament assembled, That the said Petition and Appeal shall be, and is hereby, dismissed this House; and that the Orders and Decrees therein complained of shall be, and are hereby, affirmed.

Adjourn.
