Stockton Chapelry Bill.
The Lord Bishop of Durham reported from the Lords
Committees, to whom the Bill, intituled, "An Act for
making the Chapelry of Stockton, in the County of
Durham, a distinct Parish," was committed: "That
they had considered the same; and think it fit to pass,
without any Amendment."
Huband, alias Pollen, versus Huband:
After hearing Counsel, upon the Petition and Appeal
of John Huband, alias Pollen, Eldest Son of Jane Pollen, Daughter of Sir John Huband Baronet, deceased,
an Infant, by Edward Pollen Esquire, his Father and
next Friend, and the said Edward Pollen, Executor of
the last Will and Testament of the said Sir John Huband, from a Decree, or Decretal Order, of the Court of
Chancery, made the Sixth Day of December One Thousand Seven Hundred and Twelve, in a Cause wherein
the Petitioners were Plaintiffs, and Sir John Huband
Baronet, only Son and Heir of Sir John Huband Baronet, deceased, Thomas Hutton and John Limbrey Esquires, Two other Executors of the last Will and
Testament of Sir John Huband, deceased, were Defendants; as likewise in a Cross Cause, wherein the said
Sir John Huband was Plaintiff, and the Petitioners and
the said Thomas Hutton and John Limbrey were Defendants; praying, "That the said Decree, made in the
Cause wherein the said Respondent Sir John Huband
was Plaintiff, may be reversed and set aside:" As also
upon the Answers of Sir John Huband, John Limbrey,
and Thomas Hutton, put in thereunto; and due Confideration of what was offered thereupon:
Judgement reversed in Part.
It is Ordered and Adjudged, by the Lords Spiritual and Temporal in Parliament assembled, That the
said Decree shall be, and is hereby, so far reversed, as
it orders the Payment of Costs in Law and Equity upon
the Dismission of the Bill of John and Edward Pollen:
And it is further Ordered, That the said Decree, as
to all the other Parts thereof, shall be, and the same is
hereby, affirmed.
Stockton Chapelry Bill:

Upon reading the Petition of John Ball Esquire, a
Minor under the Age of One and Twenty Years, by
his Guardian Francis Dobbs Esquire; praying Leave to
bring in a Bill, for vesting the Petitioner's Moiety of an
Estate in Kerry, in the Kingdom of Ireland, in Trustees,
to be sold, for the Purposes in the Petition mentioned:
It is Ordered, by the Lords Spiritual and Temporal in Parliament assembled, That the Consideration
of the said Petition shall be, and is hereby, referred to
Mr. Justice Blencowe and Mr. Justice Tracy; who are
forthwith to summon all Parties concerned in the Bill;
and, after hearing them, to report to the House the
State of the Case, with their Opinion thereupon, under
their Hands, and whether all Parties that may be concerned in the Consequences of the Bill have signed the
