Cusack, further Time to answer.

Upon reading the Petition of Eleanor Cusack, a Minor, by her Guardian the Right Honourable Sir Peirce Butler; praying, "That she may be allowed further Time for answering the Appeal of Adam Cusack Esquire, being but lately served with the Order of this House for that Purpose:"

It is Ordered, by the Lords Spiritual and Temporal in Parliament assembled, That the Petitioner hath hereby Time allowed for answering the said Appeal, until Thursday the Twenty-second Day of this Instant April, at Eleven a Clock.

Hele's Bill.

After reading, and considering, the Report of the Judges, to whom was referred the Petition of Walter Hele Gentleman and Phillepe his Wife; praying Leave to bring in a Bill, for several Purposes therein mentioned:

It is Ordered, That Leave be given to bring in a Bill, according to the Prayer of the Petition.

Hodie 1a vice lecta est Billa, intituled, "An Act for the Sale of the Manor and Barton of Widdicomb, in the County of Devon, comprized in the Marriage Settlement of Walter Hele Gentleman and Phellippe his Wife; and for raising and securing the Sum of Fifteen Hundred Pounds, for the Benefit of the Children of the said Walter and Phellippe."
