THE Lord Spencer hath Leave to be absent till
after the Holidays.
Both Houses to attend the King Tomorrow for clearing the Duke of Buckingham from the Spanish Ambassdor's Complaint against him.
The Prince his Highness signified unto the House
His Majesty's Pleasure to admit both the Houses into
His Presence To-morrow in the Afternoon, to declare
their clearing and justifying the Duke of Buckingham,
touching the Complaint made against his Grace by the
Spanish Ambassador, for his Declaration to both Houses
made the Four and Twentieth of February last.
And their Lordships, understanding that Messengers
were come from the House of Commons, did Agree,
That the Lord Keeper, when he had received their
Message, should signify so much unto them.

their Lordships One Bill, intituled, An Act for the reviving and making perpetual of One Act, made in the
Nine and Thirtieth Year of the Reign of the late Queen

and Abiding and Working Houses, for the Poor; with
some Amendments thereof.
That they sent to their Lordships Ten other Bills:
1a, An Act for the Ease in the obtaining of Licences of Alienation, and in the pleading of Alienations with Licence, or of Pardons of Alienation without Licence, in the Court of Exchequer and elsewhere.
2a, An Act for Relief of Patentees, Tenants, and
Farmers of Crown Lands and Dutchy Lands, or of
Lands within the Survey of the Court of Wards and
Liveries, in Cases of Forfeiture, for Non-payment of

Thomas Morley was this Day brought to the Bar, according to the Order of the 19th of this Month; and,
for that he affirmed that he had delivered his Petition
(for which he is convented) unto the House of Commons; it is Ordered, That the said Morley shall be in
the Serjeant's Hands as before, but so at Liberty as he
may follow his Business in the Lower House, and to
find out the Printer.
He and the Printer and Waterhouse to attend again on Monday.
It is also Ordered, That the said Morley, and one
David Waterhouse, a Counsellor at Law (whom he affirms did pen the said Petition), and the Printer of the
same, be brought before their Lordships again on
Monday next.
And, for that the said David Waterhouse is a Prisoner
in The Fleet for Debt, it is further Ordered, That His
Majesty's Writ of Habeas corpus, etc. be awarded to the
Warden of The Fleet, to bring the said Waterhouse before their Lordships on Monday next, and afterwards (if
Need be) de die in diem.
