Sir Robert Carr's Naturalization. D°.

HODIE 1a vice lecta est Billa, An Act for Naturalizing of Sir Robert Carr, Knight.

And the said Sir Robert Carr having immediately thereupon taken the Oaths of Supremacy and Allegiance, and their Lordships being satisfied that he had received the Communion, according to the Statute; 2a vice lecta est eadem Billa; and Ordered to be ingrossed.

Licences of Alienation.

Hodie 1a vice lecta est Billa, An Act for the Ease in the obtaining of Licences of Alienation, and in the Pleading of Alienations with Licence, or of Pardons of Alienations without Licence, in the Court of Exchequer, and elsewhere.

A Lord accused to the Committee for Munitions.

The Lord Archbishop of Canterbury reported, That (fn. 2) some Speech passed Yesterday at the Committee for Munitions, which concerned the Honour of a Lord of this House; and that the said Lord desired that Examinations might be taken upon Oath, for the clearing thereof.

Whereupon the House Ordered, That a Sub-committee be appointed, to take such Examinations; and that the Witnesses be sworn here in Court.

Maintenance of Hospitals, &c.

Lords Committees on the Bill for the better Maintenance of Hospitals are to meet on Tuesday next, the Sixth of this April, at Two of the Clock, in the Painted Chamber.
