His Majesty to be attended with the Petition about Religion.
The Lord Keeper related to the House, That the
Lord Steward signified unto him, late last Night, That
His Majesty will admit the Committees of both Houses
to deliver the Petition touching Religion this Day, at
Hampton Court, at Three in the Afternoon; and that
his Lordship did presently take Order with the Clerk, to
give their Lordships Notice thereof; craving Pardon,
that he did it without Direction of the House.
The Names of the Lords Committees for Delivery
of the said Petition being read, the Lord Grey of
Werke is added, for that the Lord Sheffeild is absent,
and sent his Excuse.

Cavendish and others:
That the House of Commons had sent up to the
Lords a Bill, intituled, An Act, That this Session of Parliament shall not determine by His Majesty's Royal Assent to this and some other Acts.
With this Message: videlicet,
and for Conference touching the Fleet Prisoners Petition for Habeas corpus.
That they are now ready for the Conference required
by the Lords, touching the Petition for Habeas corpus,
etc.
And with this Intimation: That whereas the Lords
and they have appointed Committees to deliver a Petition to His Majesty, at such Time as His Majesty shall
be pleased to admit them to His Presence; they do expect to hear from this House, what Time it hath pleased
His Majesty to appoint for the same, as was promised
by their Lordships.

That the Lords have appointed the Conference touching the Petition for Habeas corpus, etc. To-morrow
