ORDERED, That Rich. Perrot, for a Sermon
preached in the Town of Kingston upon Hull, on
New-year's-day was Two Years, (the which Sermon, and
Notes of the Sermon, was delivered in here, and Part of
it read, and afterwards attested by Jo. Gouche and James
Foxe, Clerks) be forthwith sent for, as a Delinquent, by
the Serjeant at Arms attending on this House.

Lords; and to read at one of the Inns of Chancery.
Bailing Boudin.
Ordered, That James Boudin, One of the Merchants
complained of for Transporting of Gold, now in the Serjeant at Arms' Custody, be bailed, upon the same Terms
and Conditions, as Waldron Lodovick, &c. were bailed.
Reyney's Grant.
2da vice lecta est Billa, An Act for Confirmation of
Letters Patents made unto Sir John Reyney, Knight, &c.
upon the Questions, first of Committing it; and then of
Ingrossing it; was rejected.

Ordered, That Sir Tho. Widrington, after this Day, be
required to attend the Service of the House.
Trial of Earl of Straford.
Ordered, That a Warrant, under Mr. Speaker's Hand,
be directed to the Master of the Marshalsea of the
King's-bench, requiring him to send Robert Coggin, a
Prisoner there, upon Execution, in safe Custody, to attend the Committee for the Earl of Straford, de die in
diem, so long as the Committee shall so require.
Ordered, That Patrick Allen, Irish Merchant, who has
a Petition depending here, shall have the Liberty to go
abroad with a Keeper, to prosecute his Business here;
and to be examined, as a Witness, at the Committee for
the Earl of Straford.

Proceedings against Faes.
Mr. Pimme reports from the Committee for the Earl
of Straford, the Case of Edward Faes, Esquire; and,
upon this Report, it was
Resolved, upon the Question, That Sir Ja. Barry and
Sir Charles Coote the Elder, be forthwith sent for, as
Delinquents, to answer such Misdeameanours and Oppressions, as are alledged to be committed by them in
the Proceedings against Edward Faes.
Resolved, upon the Question, That all those Parties,
that were of the Jury in the Proceedings against Edw.
Faes, that were fined, and have paid their Fines, shall
have Restitution of such Monies as they have paid; and
that those that are still in Prison, for the not paying of
those Fines, shall be forthwith set at Liberty; and that
all Parties shall have Reparations for their Injuries and
Oppressions.
Resolved, upon the Question, That this Cause shall be
added to the other Four Irish Causes, formerly reported
by Mr. Pimme; to be with them transmitted to the Lords.

Resolved, upon the Question, That the Earl of Meathe's
shall, with the other Irish Causes formerly reported, be
transmitted to the Lords.

Resolved, upon the Question, That the Case of the
Lord Viscount Nettersfield shall, with the other Irish

Scotch Arrears, &c.
The Paper that came from the Lords, at the last Comference, concerning the Demands of the Scotts, for their
Arrears, &c. was read: And thereupon,
Army Supply.
It was Ordered, That the House be forthwith resolved
into a Grand Committee, to take into Consideration this
Paper that came from the Lords, and the whole Business
of providing Monies for both the Armies.

It was Ordered, That Sir H. Mildmay and Sir Tho.
Barrington be desired to treat with Mr. Collwell, or with

Money, upon Security; and give Account To-morrow
to the House.
Subsidies from Convocation.
Ordered, That Mr. Treasurer and Mr. Comptroller
move his Majesty, to grant a Commission to the Convocation, to treat about the Giving of Subsidies.

Ordered, That the Bill of Subsidies be expedited.
Providing Monies.
Ordered, That, To-morrow Morning at Seven of
Clock, the House take into Consideration the providing
of Monies for the great Occasions of the Kingdom.
Subsidies.
Ordered, That the Commissioners nominated in the
Bill of Subsidies, shall make out Warrants to the Treasurers of the Subsidies, to authorize them to repay all
such Monies as are or shall be paid in by any Gent.
according, and in the same Manner, as it is ordered and
appointed in the said Bill of Subsidies.
Relief of Northern Counties.
Ordered, That Mr. Griffith, a Member of this House,
move the Earl of Warwick, to set down a Note of what
Monies he has received, and from whom, towards the
Relief of the Northern Counties.
