Memorandum, quod hoc die Lune, videlicet, ultimo Januarii, Anno Regni Regis Henrici Octavi 38, Dominus Cancellarius, considentibus universis Magnatibus, convocatis etiam Militibus et Burgensibus a Domo Communi, in plena videlicet Curia, declaravit Mortem Domini nostri Regis Henrici Octavi, qui obiit die Veneris ultimo preterito, primo mane, cujus Anime propitietur Deus; que res dici non pot. quam erat luctuosa omnibus et tristis auditu, Cancellarius vero ipse vix potuit pre lachrymis effari. Tandem vero, sedato Fletu, et refectis Animis, videlicet, Recordatione Principis Edwardi, divina Indole imbuti, tum etiam Lectione bone
