Item lecta est nova Billa, for the repealing of certain Statutes for Treason and Felony.

Beneficed Men.

Item legebatur Billa, for Beneficed Men to be resident upon the same.

Committee appointed for a Conference with the Commons.

This Day was assigned, to commune with the Knights and Burgesses of the Nether House, concerning the Act of Repeal of certain Statutes for Treasons and Felonies, the Archbishop of Canterb. the Lord Chancellor, the Lord Great Master, the Marquis of Dorset, the Earl of Shrewsberye, the Earl of Sowthampton, the Bishops of Elye, Worcestr, and Lincoln, the Lord Morley, the Lord Cobham, the Lord Clinton, and the Lord Wentworthe, with certain of the King's Learned Counsel; all which said Noblemen immediately appointed to meet at Two of the Clock after Dinner, together with such other of the Commons as by the whole Consent of the Commons House should be elected and chose, to treat and commune of the same.
