HODIE 1a, 2a, et 3a vice lecta est Provisio annexa Bille, for the appointing of an Order to Justices of Peace touching the Bailment of Prisoners, que communi ommum Procerum Assensu, una cum Billa die precedente lecta, conclusa est.

Item, eodem die, 3a vice lecta est Billa, whereby certain Offences be made Treason, que communi omnium Procerum Assensu conclusa est, et missa ad Communes, per Attornatum et Solicitatorem Domini Regis et Regine.

Prima, For the Restraint of carrying of Corn, Victuals, and Wood, over the Sea.

Secunda, That divers Towns in Wilteshire shall be Parcel of Barck.

Committee for a Conference.

This Day, the Lord Treasurer, the Lord Steward, the Earl of Pembrook, the Bishops of Durham, Worcester, and Lyncolne, the Lords Wharton, Paget and Northe, were appointed to confer with certain of the Lower House, for the Drawing of a Bill touching the Repeal of certain Statutes.

Adjourn.
