CHRIST CHURCH.

MS. p. 81.

[Erased: "Tythes now received £300 per ann."]

A valuation of the tithes of the parish of Christchurch, London, together with the casualties and benefit which the incumbent now enjoyes with such deduction of charges as are payd out of it. If two shillings and ninepence should be paid in the pound, I conceive that in a very moderate way the tithes in general would amount to £600 besides the Easter oblations which the Impropriator detains from me.

£ s. d.
I have only a stipend of per ann. 40 0 0
A Vicarage house per ann 15 0 0
Casualties to myself coibus annis 5 0 0
Out of wh. I pay to his Majesty for tenths yearly 2 13 4

At the Archdeacon's visitation yearly 5 0
