The moderate rents of all the preceding Tenements as appeareth above, amounteth to £1,040, which being valued at the rate of 2/9 the pound accrues to the sum of £143 in yearly tithe.

The Curate's yearely allowance 10 0 0
Loss yearly by reason of ill payments 3 0 0
Sum of these deductions is £15 2
So that the independent maintenance for the parson appears to be but £67 7
