Vitalis de Furno may have made some claim to preb., for only after his d., 16 Aug. 1327 (Eubel 1 47), did pope declare preb. vac., 4 Nov., by virtue of cons. of Rigaud de Asserio, and prov. made to Shorne (CPL. 11 281), who occ. in catalogue (WD 2 f. 111/118) between Hales and John de Eccleshale.
