Upon Information to this House, "That Mrs. Mynce,
being at Mr. Lenthrope's House at Lambeth, is denied to be delivered into the Custody of the Lord
Howard, according to the Order of this House
Yesterday:"
It is Ordered, That the Captain of the Guards do
forthwith go to the House of the said Lenthrope, and
demand the said Mrs. Mynce, and deliver her into the
Possession of the said Lord Howard; and in case of
Refusal, the Captain of the Guards shall have Power to
break open what Doors he thinks fit.
Ordinance to confirm the Oxford Articles.
An Ordinance was read, for confirming the Articles
made at Oxford; and ordered to be committed to the
Committee of the whole House, to be considered of on
Monday Morning.

Ordered, That the Lord Tenham shall have a Pass,
to go into Flanders.
Sykes to be satisfied for Monies disbursed.
Upon reading the Petition of Sykes, Merchant
of Hull; shewing, "That he, having disbursed great
Sums of Money laid out for the Occasions of the
Parliament, is arrested, and laid in Prison, for those
Debts:"
It is Ordered, That it be sent to the House of Commons, with Recommendations, that some speedy Course
may be taken for his Satisfaction.
Sir P. Ricaut, a Pass.
Ordered, That Sir Peter Ricaut shall have a
Pass, for himself and Family, Coach and Horses, to
go to his House in Kent, and return as often * as he
hath Occasion.
Roberts to be instituted to Corwen.
Ordered, That Doctor Heath, or his Deputy, give
Institution and Induction unto Edward Roberts Clerk,
to the Vicarage of Corwen, in the County of Merioneth; salvo Jure cujuscunque: Granted by the Great
Seal.
