The Question being put, "Whether to appoint a
"Day, to hear Counsel, in the Matter between
the Lady La Warr and the Lord Colrayne?"
It was Resolved in the Affirmative.
Ordered, That Tuesday Morning next shall be the
Day for hearing Counsel, in the Matter between the
Lady La Warr and the Lord Colrayne.
Ordinance to continue the Assessments for the Army.
The House was adjourned into a Committee during
Pleasure, to consider of the Ordinance for Continuance
of the Ordinance for Assessments for the Army.
The House being resumed;
"The Question was put, "Whether this Ordinance shall be recommitted to a select Committee or not?"
It was Resolved in the Affirmative.
Inequality of Rates in Counties.
Ordered, That these Lords following are appointed
to receive what Information they can, from the Gentlemen of the Counties, concerning the Inequality of Rates,
that so this House may be prepared for a Conference
with the House of Commons:
