Ordered, That Mr. Ward and Mr. Salwey have
Thanks returned them, for preaching before the Lords,
the last Fast-day; and are desired (fn. *) to print their
Sermons.

Ordered, That Dr. Temple and Mr. Seaman are
appointed to preach before the Lords, the next Fast-day,
at Martin's in the Fields.
Daboncourt, a Pass.
Ordered, That John Daboncourt shall have a Pass,
to go into France, and return again.
Gregory and Symes, in Error.
Upon hearing Counsel argue the Errors in the Writ
of Error, between Gregory, &c. Plaintiffs, and Symes
Defendant:
It is Ordered, That it is referred to the Lord Chief
Justice of the Common Pleas, and the rest of the
Judges of the Common Pleas, and the Barons of the
Exchequer, to consider of the Record; and the Parties,
with their Counsel, shall attend the Judges: And Report
is to be made to this House To-morrow Sevennight.
Johnson and Barrett, in D°
Upon hearing the Counsel argue the Errors, in the
Writ of Error between Johnson Plaintiff, and Barrett
Defendant:
The House being of Judgement, that there is no
Error in the Judgement; the Lords Ordered, That
the Judgement given in the King's Bench is affirmed;
and that the Record be transmitted into the King's Bench,
for Execution to be taken out.
Roberts and Winter.
Ordered, That the Writ of Error between Roberts
and Winter shall be argued, To-morrow Morning, by
Counsel, at this Bar.
Crooke to be instituted to Bouby.
Ordered, That Dr. Aylett give Institution and Induction unto Samuell Crooke Clerk, Master of Arts, to
the Vicarage of Bouby, in Com. Lincolne, void by Death;
salvo Jure cujuscunque: Sir Edward Skirne Knight,
Patron.
