Answer from the H. C.

Dr. Bennett and Mr. Hakewill return with this Answer from the House of Commons:

That they agree to give Liberty to the Earl of Cleaveland for Three Months, upon his former Bail; and they agree to Mr. Thomas Combes to be High Sheriff of the County of Warwicke.

Guard for this House.

Ordered, That the Lord General be desired to appoint a Guard for the House of Peers sitting in Parliament; and that the Earl of Denbigh, now Speaker, is appointed to deliver this Order to the Lord General, in the Name of the House.

Sixesmith to be instituted to Steeple Aston;

Ordered, That Dr. Bennett give Institution and Induction unto Thomas Sixesmith Clerk, Batchelor of Divinity, to the Rectory of Steeple Aston, in Com. Oxon, void by Death; salvo Jure cujuscunque: Principal and Fellows of Brasen-nose Colledge, Oxon, Patrons.

and Whatton to Bottosford.

Ordered, That Dr. Heath give Institution and Induction unto Tho. Whatton Clerk, to the Rectory of Bottesford, in Com. Leicester, void by Death; salvo Jure cujuscunque: Earl Rutland, Patron.
