default the said Peter agrees that two writings, viz., one a
compromise between him and the said Edmund under the seal
of the said Peter, and the other under the seal of certain
arbitrators, now deposited with Nicholas Pycot, shall be delivered

sum of 25 marks; to be paid, viz., £10 within three weeks after
Easter, and 10 marks at the Feast of St. Bartholomew, &c.
