Ld. Pawlet's Petition, for a Maintenance.
Upon reading the Petition of Edward Lord Pawlett;
shewing, "That he hath had Subsistence wholly, for
these many Years, from his Brother the Lord Marquis of Winton; and that he is now in great Want:
Wherefore he humbly beseecheth, that he may be
allowed some Yearly Maintenance, for his present Relief, out of his Brother's Estate."
It is Ordered, To be sent to the House of Commons.

Upon reading the Petition of Everard Poole: It is
Ordered, That Mr. Boilston shall have a Copy of this
Petition, and give Obedience to a former Order of Attachment of this House, made in Behalf of Mr. Boilston;
and upon further Information of the Cause, this House
will take the same into further Consideration.
Ordinance for Sale of Bishops Lands.
The House was adjourned into a Committee during
Pleasure, to consider of the Ordinance for Sale of the
Bishops Lands.
And the House was resumed.

That they agree, and have appointed their Committee to meet with the Committee of Lords, about the
disposing the Great Seal of England, this Afternoon, as
is desired: And as touching the Petition of the Duke
of Bucks, they will send an Answer by Messengers of
their own.
