Albertinus de Lavania' 8 Apr. 1297 (CPR 1292-1301 p. 275). To be identified
with Albert de Lavania (Fieschi), preb. of Lincoln by 27 July 1267, to d. 11
May 1308 (1 Fasti III 73), and preb. of York 1289-93 (York Minster Fasti II
24).
Next identified preb. is M. William de Bosco, (fn. 3) who was coll. to chancellorship
23 Nov. 1309 (2 Fasti III 17). Presum. held this preb., because protested over
coll. of Robert of Winchcombe, and res. by 25 Apr. 1311, presum. on
becoming chanc. (Reg. Gandavo II 767; 2 Fasti III 75).
