PRAYERS.

Lady Moulson's Cause to be heard on Monday.

Ordered, That the Lady Moulson's Cause be heard upon Monday come Sevennight, the Eighth Day of March.

Countess of Exeter's Bill.

Ordered, That the Committees do meet To-morrow in the Afternoon, about the Countess of Exeter's Bill.

Committee for the Breach of the Pacification at Berwick.

Ordered, That on Wednesday next, videlicet, 3^d March, the Committee concerning the Breach of the First Pacification at Barwicke do meet at Two a Clock in the Afternoon.

A Message was sent to the House of Commons, by Justice Reeves and Justice Foster:

Message to the H.C. about E. of Strafford's Answer.

To desire a Conference presently, in the Painted Chamber, concerning the Answer of the Earl of Strafford.

L. Keeper to deliver a Copy of his Answer.

In the mean Time, the House appointed that the Lord Keeper should, at the Conference, deliver the Copy of the Earl of Strafford's Answer, and the Original to examine the Copy by; and afterwards to return the Original to remain here, as by Right it ought.

Foxlie released.

Ordered, That Mr. Foxlie, a Minister, having been committed by Warrant from the Privy Council, without any Cause shewn, be released, and set at Liberty from his Imprisonment, and have Liberty to preach and exercise his Ministry.

Gibbon's Petition.

Ordered, That Mr. Gibbon's Petition be referred to the Committee of Petitions.

Petition of the Inhabitants of Covent Garden versus St. Martin's Parish.

Ordered, That the Petition of the Inhabitants of the Covent-Garden, against the Parish of St. Martin's in the Fields, be referred to the Committee for Petitions.

The Answer of the House of Commons to the Message was:

That they will give a Meeting presently, as is desired.

The Lords went to the Conference, and the House was adjourned during Pleasure; the Conference ended, the House was resumed.

Judges that go the Circuits, discharged Attendance upon Committees.

Ordered, That such Judges as are appointed to go Circuit are discharged from their Attendance upon Committees until they return again; and the Lord Keeper appointed to nominate others to supply their Places.

Sir Peirce Crosby and Sir Da. Fowle to be heard.

Ordered, That Sir Peirce Croseby and Sir David Fowles may proceed in their Cause against the Earl of Strafford; and upon Wednesday next, in the Afternoon, Sir Peirce Crosebie's Cause to be heard.

None to croud near the Doors of this House;

Ordered, by the Lords in Parliament, That none shall presume to press or approach to any of the Doors of the Upper House of Parliament, when the Court shall be sitting, upon Pain of Imprisonment.

nor come to Committees, but Parties only.

Ordered, by the Lords in Parliament, That none shall presume to come where any Committee shall be sitting, but such as are Parties, Counsel, or Witnesses, in the Cause then in Hearing, upon Pain of Imprisonment.
