B. For the Avoiding of privy and secret Utlaries of his Majesty's Subjects within Liberties and Franchises, secondly read, and committed to Sir Geo. Moore, Sir Robert Wingfield, Mr. Francis Moore, Sir Robert Knollys, Sir Henry Nevill, Sir John Savill, Mr. Noy, Mr. Martin, Sir Thomas Freak, Mr. Antrobus, Sir Rich. Haughton, Sir Antho. Cope, Sir Rob. Phelips, Mr. Fuller, Mr. Wentworth, Mr. Crew, Mr. Tate, Mr. Hungerford, Mr. Irby: - To meet on Wednesday next, in the Exchequer Chamber.
