House meets.
THIS Day the Commons House, according to an ancient Form and Usage, assembled about Eleven a Clock ; and there expected the King coming to the Upper House, where it is usual, as well upon a Prorogation, as Dissolution, in the Beginning, to receive a Premonition, and Direction, and in the End, Thanks, Exhortation to the Members, going into the Country, from the Prince, from some longer, from some shorter; and for the Speaker to utter some Speech of Excuse, Congratulation, and Offer with Petitions, as in the Beginning.
