The Counsel for the Watermen. - Mr. Hitchcock for the Masters, and Mr. Finch for the other : Of Counsel in respect of the Proviso for Ferries. - Both agreed, that the Proviso for Ferries should be stroken out.

The Proviso, upon Question, agreed to be rased out.

The Bill, without the Proviso, agreed to pass, upon Question.
