Lieut. of The Tower questioned, for Lilburn's being at Liberty.
It was moved, "That Lieutenant Colonel John Lilburne, being a Prisoner in The Tower of London by
the Judgement of the Lords in Parliament, was going
abroad this Day:"
It is Ordered, That the Lieutenant of The Tower
shall give Account to this House To-morrow Morning,
why he permits him to go abroad without Authority
of this House.

Ordered, That Mr. Justice Roll shall certify whether the Suggestions in the Petition of the Mayor and
Commonalty and Citizens of London, Governors of the
Hospital of Bethlem, formerly referred unto him, being
the Ground of the said Petition, are not such as by
Law ought not to be allowed or received in this Case.
