L. Bruce excused.

Ordered, That the Lord Bruce is excused from his attending this House, in regard of his ill Health at this Time.

Ministers to pray To-morrow.

Ordered, That Mr. Marshall and Mr. Callamy do attend this House To-morrow Morning, at Nine of the Clock, to seek God by Prayer, One Hour, before the House begins the great Business To-morrow.

Morgan and Sir S. Scott.

Upon reading the Petitions of George Morgan, and likewise the Petitions of Sir Stephen Scott Knight; and upon hearing Counsel on both Sides, and upon Consideration thereof by this House:

It is Resolved, upon the Question, That the Petitions of the said George Morgan (fn. 1) are dismissed this House.

Kemp to be instituted to Gersmore.

Ordered, That Dr. Aylett give Institution and Induction unto Wm. Kempe Clerk, Master of Arts, unto the Rectory of Gersmore, in Com. Westm'land, void by Death of the last Incumbent; salvo, &c.: Presentation under Great Seal.
