PRAYERS.

Lord Grey of Warke was appointed Speaker this Day.

Mr. Long released.

Upon reading of the Certificate of Sir John Franklyn and Sir John Hippesley, "That Mr. Longe hath sent in a Horse and Arms, and hath listed the same in (fn. 1) the Trained Bands of Midd.:" It is Ordered, That he shall be released from the Restraint that he lies under in this House.

Justice Berkley's Trial deferred.

Ordered, That the Trial of Mr. Justice Berkley shall be on Thursday Morning next.

Message to the H. C. to acquaint them with it.

A Message was sent to the House of Commons, by Mr. Serjeant Fynch and Mr. Page:

To let the House of Commons know, that the Trial of Mr. Justice (fn. 1) Berkley is deferred until Thursday Morning next.

Adjourn.

House adjourned till 9a, Thursday.
