Ordered, That Colonel Kinge and Captain Rous shall be brought To-morrow Morning to this Bar, to have the Judgements of this House pronounced against them.

Archbishop of Cant's Trial.

Next, this House proceeded to hear the Evidence against the Archbishop of Canterbury, upon the Eighth and Ninth Articles of the First Charge.

The Archbishop desired some Time to prepare his Answer to the same.

And the House gave him Leave until this Afternoon, at Four of the Clock.

Ordered, That Mrs. Griffin shall appear before the Lords in Parliament at Four of the Clock this Afternoon, to be examined against the Archbishop of Canterbury.

Adjourn.

House adjourned till 4a post meridiem.

Archbishop of Cant's Trial.

The House heard the Archbishop of Canterbury make his Answer to the Evidence given against him in the Morning.

Ordered, That this House will proceed in the Trial against the Archbishop of Canterbury on Thursday Morning next, at Nine of the Clock.
