26. THE HOSPITAL OF ST. BARTHOLOMEW, LEICESTER

In 1322 Bishop Burgersh granted an indulgence to the infirm of St.Bartholomew's Hospital, Leicester. (fn. 1) No other record of this hospital has been discovered, and no seal is known.
