PRAYERS.

Paterson's Bill.

The Earl of Yarmouth reported from the Committee, to whom the Bill, intituled, "An Act for relieving William Paterson Esquire, out of the Equivalent-money, for what is due to him," was committed: "That they had considered thereof, and examined the Allegations therein; and that the Committee had gone through the said Bill, and directed him to report the same to the House, without any Amendment."

And it being proposed, "That the Bill be now read the Third Time;"

And a Debate arising thereupon:

Ordered, That the said Debate be adjourned till To-morrow Morning.

Watson versus Watson:

After hearing Counsel, upon the Petition and Appeal of James Watson of Saughton Esquire, from several Interlocutory Sentences, or Decrees, of the Lords of Session in Scotland, of the 27th of January, and the 17th, 18th, 19th, and 26th of February last, made on the Behalf of Robert Watson of Muirhouse Esquire; praying, "That the same may be reversed:" As also upon the Answer of the said Robert Watson put in thereunto; and due Consideration of what was offered thereupon:

Judgement affirmed, with Costs.

It is Ordered and Adjudged, by the Lords Spiritual and Temporal in Parliament assembled, That the said Petition and Appeal be, and is hereby, dismissed this House; and that the said Interlocutory Sentences, or Decrees, therein complained of, be, and are hereby, affirmed: And it is further Ordered, That the said Appellant do pay, or cause to be paid, to the said Respondent, the Sum of Thirty Pounds, for his Costs in this House.

Lee's Bill.

Hodie 2a vice lecta est Billa, intituled, "An Act to enable Richard Lee, an Infant, with the Consent of Trustees, to grant Leases of some Part of his Estate, notwithstanding his Minority."

Militia Bill.

Whereas To-morrow is appointed, for the House to be in a Committee of the whole House, upon the Bill, intituled, "An Act for raising the Militia for the Year One Thousand Seven Hundred and Fifteen, although the Month's Pay formerly advanced be not re-paid:"

It is Ordered, That this House shall be put into a Committee thereupon on Friday next, the First Business.

Ogle versus Sansome.

Whereas Friday next is appointed, for hearing the Cause wherein Challoner Ogle Esquire is Appellant, and John Sansom Esquire Respondent:

It is Ordered, That this House will hear the said Cause, by Counsel, at the Bar, on Monday next, at Eleven a Clock.
