PRAYERS.

His Majesty to be attended with Address.

The Lord Chamberlain acquainted the House, "That the Lords with White Staves (according to Order) had waited on His Majesty, humbly to know His Majesty's Pleasure, when He would be attended by this House, with their Address; and that His Majesty was pleased to appoint this Day, at Half an Hour after One a Clock, at His Palace of St. James's."

E. Carnwath, assigned Counsel and Solicitor.

A Petition of Robert Earl of Carnwath, was presented to the House, and read; praying, "That their Lordships will be pleased to assign Mr. Mead and Mr. Kettelbey for his Counsel, and Mr. Llewellin for his Solicitor."

Ordered, That the said Counsel and Solicitor be assigned for the Petitioner, as desired; and that they, or any of them, at all seasonable Times, may have Access to him.

Viscount Kenmure assigned Counsel.

Also, a Petition of William Viscount Kenmure, was presented to the House, and read; praying likewise, "That their Lordships will be pleased to assign Mr. Mead and Mr. Kettelbey for his Counsel, and Mr. Llewellin for his Solicitor."

Ordered, That the said Counsel and Solicitor be assigned for the Petitioner, as desired; and that they, or any of them, may, at all seasonable Times, have Access to him.

Lord Nairn assigned Counsel.

Also, a Petition of William Lord Nairn, was presented to the House, and read; praying, "That their Lordships will be pleased to assign Sir Thomas Powys and Mr. Mead for his Counsel, and Mr. Llewellin for his Solicitor."

Ordered, That the said Counsel and Solicitor be assigned for the Petitioner, as desired; and that they, or any of them, may, at all seasonable Times, have Access to him.
