Upon reading the Petition of Thomas Lynch Esquire, Respondent to the Appeal of Theobald Burk and others; praying, "In regard he lives in a remote Part of Ireland, One Hundred Miles from Dublin, that he may be allowed a Month's Time longer to answer the said Appeal:"

It is Ordered, That the Petitioner hath hereby further Time allowed, for putting in his Answer to the said Appeal, till Friday the First Day of June next.

Hackney Coaches, &c. Bill.

Whereas this Day was appointed, for the House to be put into a Committee of the whole House upon the Bill, intituled, "An Act for the better regulating Hackney Coaches, Carts, Drays, Cars, and Waggons, within the Cities of London and Westminster, and the Weekly Bills of Mortality; and for preventing Mischiefs occasioned by the Drivers riding upon such Carts, Drays, Cars, and Waggons:"
