Respondent to the Appeal of Theobald Burk and others;
praying, "In regard he lives in a remote Part of Ireland, One Hundred Miles from Dublin, that he may
be allowed a Month's Time longer to answer the said
Appeal:"

Whereas this Day was appointed, for the House to
