Knight to enter into Recognizance for Hamilton.

The House being moved, "That John Knight, of The Inner Temple, London, Gentleman, may be admitted to enter into a Recognizance for Darcy Hamilton Esquire, upon his Appeal depending in this House; he being in Ireland:"

It is Ordered, That the said John Knight may enter into a Recognizance for the said Darcy Hamilton accordingly.

Bp. Exon takes the Oaths.

This Day Lancelot Lord Bishop of Exeter took the Oaths, and made and subscribed the Declaration, and also took and subscribed the Oath of Abjuration, pursuant to the Statutes.

Ash versus Ash.

After hearing Counsel, upon the Petition and Appeal of Simeon Ashe Clerk and Palatia Grout, Executors of Jeremiab Ashe deceased, and Thomas Bodicoate, whereunto Mary Goody, by her Bill called Mary Ashe Widow and Relict of Jeremiah Ashe, a Freeman of London, is Respondent:

It is Ordered, That this House will proceed to hear the Residue of the said Cause To-morrow, at Eleven a Clock precisely, according to the Standing Order of this House.
