The Lord Steward acquainted the House, "That the
Lords with White Staves (according to Order) had
waited on His Majesty, humbly to know when His Majesty will be pleased to be attended with the Address of
this House, Yesterday; and that His Majesty had been
pleased to appoint this Day, at Half an Hour after
Two a Clock, at His Palace of St. James's."

the Highways, upon the Roads from Highgate Gatehouse to Barnet Blockhouse; and also of the Highways
between Kilburn Bridge and Sparrows Hern, in the
County of Hertford;" to which they desire the Concurrence of this House.

Ambrose's Petition, concerning a Guardian to answer for her.
Upon reading the Petition of Thomasin Ambrose, One
of the Respondents to the Appeal of Elizabeth Ambrose
Widow; setting forth, "That the Petitioner is an Infant; and, the Appellant being by the Court of Chancery assigned her Guardian, the Petitioner put in her
Answer in the said Court, by her said Guardian and
Mother, who is the now Appellant; and therefore
praying, that this House will assign the Petitioner
another Guardian, or give Directions in what Manner she may put in her Answer to the said Appeal:"
