PRAYERS.
O'Hara versus O'Neile.
Upon reading the Petition and Appeal of Charles
O'Hara, of Kinsaly, in the Kingdom of Ireland, Esquire,
from a Decretal Order of the Court of Chancery in the
said Kingdom, made the Twentieth Day of February
One Thousand Seven Hundred and Sixteen, and an
Order of the Twenty-second of the same Month; as
also the subsequent Orders of the said Court, made on
the Behalf of Tully O'Neile, of Lisburne, in the County
of Antrim, Gentleman; praying, "That the said Decretal Order may be reversed; and that the said Order of the Twenty-second of February, and the subsequent Orders, may be discharged:"
It is Ordered, That the said Tully O'Neile may have
a Copy of the said Appeal; and shall and is hereby required to put in his Answer thereunto, in Writing, on
or before Saturday the Twenty-eighth Day of December
next; and that the Service of this Order on the Respondent's Clerk in the said Court shall be good Service.
His Majesty to be attended with the Address.
The Lord Chamberlain acquainted the House, "That
the Lords with White Staves (according to Order)
had waited on His Majesty, humbly to know what
Time His Majesty would please to appoint to be attended by this House, with their Address; and that
His Majesty was pleased to appoint this Afternoon,
at Half an Hour after One a Clock, at His Palace of
St. James's."
