The Lord Chancellor reported, "That the House
did, on Saturday last, present to His Majesty their
humble Address; and that His Majesty was pleased to
return this Gracious Answer; videlicet,
King's Answer to Address.

The Zeal you express, for the Support of My Government, cannot but have the best Effect upon our
Affairs both at Home and Abroad."

Viscount Mont-Cashel versus Hayes.
Upon reading the Petition and Appeal of James Lord
Viscount Mont-Cashell, a Minor, Son and Heir of Paul
late Lord Viscount Mont-Cashell, deceased, by the Right
Honourable Katherine Lady Viscountess Dowager of
Mont-Cashell, the Mother and Guardian; and of the said
Katherine Lady Viscountess of Mont-Cashell, Administratrix of the said Paul Lord Viscount Mont-Cashell; complaining of a Decretal Order of the Court of Chancery
in Ireland, the Third Day of March One Thousand Seven Hundred and Thirteen, and of several subsequent
Orders of the said Court, made on the Behalf of Charles
Hayes, a Butcher; and praying, "That this House will
make such Order, for the ending and determining the
Matters in Question, in the Appeal mentioned, and
for the Petitioner's Relief, as to their Lordships great
Wisdom and Justice shall seem meet:"
It is Ordered, That the said Charles Hayes may
have a Copy of the said Appeal; and shall and is hereby
required to put in his Answer thereunto, in Writing, on
or before Monday the Thirtieth Day of December next;
and that the Service of this Order on the Respondent's
Six Clerk in the said Court shall be good Service.
